The Objective

Cadillac Fairview wanted to bring their holiday campaigns to life across their premium shopping centres nationwide. The goal was to create festive, polished visuals that would resonate with shoppers, enhance the in-mall holiday experience, and reinforce CF’s positioning as a leading lifestyle destination.

The Project

Content Division was tasked with capturing the core holiday photography for Cadillac Fairview’s Christmas campaigns two years in a row. Deliverables included:

Hero photography of holiday activations, décor, and lifestyle imagery.

Assets optimized for large-format LCD screens, mall signage, and print collateral.

Flexible compositions that could also be used across social media and digital placements.

Consistent brand styling across multiple malls and campaigns to ensure a cohesive holiday identity.

The Results

Photography was featured across dozens of CF properties, making it the visual centrepiece of the brand’s holiday campaigns.

Images were displayed on hundreds of in-mall LCD screens, signage, and print placements, maximizing shopper impressions during the busiest retail season.

The creative contributed to a premium and consistent holiday brand identity across CF’s national portfolio.

By producing content over two consecutive years, Content Division became a trusted creative partner in executing one of CF’s most important seasonal campaigns.
